Job Responsibilities (Company- Specific)

Check ticket availability, compare prices with suppliers, and issue or reissue tickets for clients.
Ensure timely and accurate booking of flights, ensuring the best options for clients.
Create customized travel packages for clients, including accommodations, transportation, and tours.
Compare hotel prices across multiple platforms and ensure the best rates are secured.
Book hotel rooms for clients and handle special requests as needed.
Provide support to clients for all ticketing and hotel inquiries.
Assist clients in selecting the best travel options, ensuring all their needs are met.
Handle any changes or issues related to bookings, providing prompt solutions.
Design and create tailored travel packages for individual and corporate clients.
Compare prices for different suppliers (booking platforms, Travel Bureau, hotels) to offer competitive options.
Create engaging travel content and videos for TikTok to promote travel services and packages.
Monitor TikTok insights to analyze video performance and improve engagement.

Job Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

Experience in travel consulting or customer service
Knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, and hotels
Bachelor’s degree in travel, tourism, or related field
Travel industry certification (e.g., IATA) is a plus
Strong communication and sales skills
