Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

-Take care of customers by warmly welcoming guests, explaining the brand story and products, and providing personalized recommendations based on individual tastes and preferences.
-Actively upsell products when appropriate to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
-Perform opening and closing tasks in accordance with company procedures.
-Ensure the space is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
-Take care of the receiving of products, proper handling of waste, and correct product presentation in line with brand standards.
-Report to the manager as instructed, including sharing updates, issues, or customer feedback.
-Fill out the inventory sheet on a daily basis and report any discrepancies.
