Site Location: Jbeil District, Lebanon (Preference for candidates residing nearby and immediately available).

Required Experience: 15 years of experience is a must.

Main Work Activities, but not limited to:
- Technical implementations on site in cooperation with the Land Surveyor (Setting out, marking the position of structures and leveling the site)
- Interpretation of drawings & coordination of trades with concerned parties
- Read specifications to determine construction requirements
- Lead and assist workers engaged in construction activities, analyze and resolve their problems, manage their productivity and overtimes if required
- Control the quality of work, safety rules and ensure that they are followed
- Control material wastage and damage at site
- Monitor and manage site equipment.

Required Skills: ability to read and execute drawings.
