Our client, a long-established pioneer in high-quality steel building solutions, is looking for a Sales Engineer to drive growth across the Levant and Africa. This isn’t just a sales role, it’s a career for a consultant who understands the nuts and bolts of engineering and the art of the deal.
The Impact You’ll Make
As a Sales Engineer, you won't just be selling products; you’ll be delivering the backbone of the region’s infrastructure. Your day-to-day will involve:
• Relationship Architect: Manage the full customer lifecycle—from cold-calling and lead generation to closing high-value contracts.
• Technical Consultant: Identify key decision-makers and provide expert advice on technical solutions that align with their specific project needs.
• Solution Design: Prepare precise price estimations, technical drawings, and compelling offers tailored to client requests.
• Project Liaison: Follow through on every win, coordinating between the client, manufacturing, and site teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation.
What You Bring to the Table
• The Expertise: A degree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture (or a related field).
• The Drive: Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the steel, construction, or heavy industry sectors.
• The Vision: Ability to use AutoCAD, read blueprints and translate complex technical requirements into commercial proposals.
• The Reach: Familiarity with the Levant and Africa markets is a major plus.
• The Grit: A proactive "hunter" mentality with the resilience to navigate long sales cycles
