The Account Manager at Bluemoon is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role acts as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, high client satisfaction, and successful delivery of digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities (B2B)
- Present Bluemoon’s services including digital marketing, branding, web development, SEO, CRM, and advertising solutions
Understand client needs and propose tailored strategies and solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with internal teams
- Manage client accounts from onboarding to project delivery and renewal
- Coordinate with creative, technical, and marketing teams to ensure timely execution
- Monitor campaign performance and upsell or cross-sell relevant services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Keep accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions
