General Duties:
• Have a thorough understanding of culture and mission.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the internal policies and procedures.
• Abide to internal rules and regulations (Schedule/reporting etc…)
• Have a thorough knowledge of the brand.
• Implement a positive lifestyle in our stores that meets with the brand’s mission, vision, and objectives.

Management & Development:
• Team building & team management.
• Maintains efficient and ongoing communication with the whole team.
• Responsible for helping business operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Setting Rules and Regulations, Schedules, to be followed by the team to ensure efficiency and productivity of the team.
• Plan weekly or daily meetings to ensure that staff are always up to Par with Management Strategies.
• Ensuring proper pricing, price checking, expiry checking.
• Continuous fulfillment of store shelves with products from warehouse and depots.
• Maintain proper tracking of fast moving items, setting proper par levels.
• Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
• Creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
• Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

Hygiene:
• Always ensure the cleanliness of the Store
• Ensure that all products are stored properly as per expiry dates.
• Establishing a proper Stock Cycle by making sure FIFO & LIFO procedures are being done
