  • Work at all times in a manner that reinforces Bayt as an admired and respected market-leading company.




  • Initiate and develop a strong relationship with assigned verified lead list of companies.




  • Expand the Enterprise client database through market research and prospecting.




  • Expand market share by acquiring enterprise companies that have no significant revenue expenditure with Bayt, by selling Bayt's products and services.




  • Effectively manage business in Enterprise database through a solution-oriented selling approach.




  • Determine customers' needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs.




  • Give demonstrations to clients on Bayt in order to handle objections and convince customers to buy.




  • Engage in creative solution selling to revise and expand Bayt's service offerings to meet the changing needs of local enterprise clients.




  • Track monthly sales and accurately forecast sales for a rolling 90-day advance period.




  • Track all sales, communications and opportunities in the CRM system.




  • Achieve significant market share growth, minimum sales metrics and substantial pipeline in addition to abidance by company values and qualitative assessment by relevant managers in order to achieve confirmation.




  • Consistently grow market share and incrementally grow customer share in each month after confirmation.




  • Participate in weekly training sessions to improve both efficiency and effectiveness,
    Continually build and maintain a sense of teamwork with Bayt staff across teams and offices.




  • Participate fully and energetically in making Bayt the most admired and respected Middle Eastern success story.




  • Conduct a min of 30 outbound calls and 2 meetings per day.




  • Carry out other tasks as requested by the management.

  • Enterprise Acquisition and Prospecting Ability to research, prospect, and acquire enterprise accounts with low or no prior spend, expanding both client base and market share.




  • Consultative and Solution Selling Strong capability to diagnose customer needs, craft tailored proposals, handle objections, and close deals through value-based selling.




  • Product and Commercial Acumen Confident in delivering product demos, positioning Bayt.com's offerings, and creatively adapting solutions to meet evolving enterprise requirements.




  • Pipeline, Forecasting and CRM Discipline Rigor in managing opportunities, maintaining accurate CRM records, and forecasting revenue over a rolling 90-day horizon.




  • Execution and Results Orientation Consistently delivers high activity levels, builds a strong pipeline, meets sales targets, and drives sustained month-on-month growth.
