Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor all on-site civil works.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship for compliance with quality standards.
Address and resolve technical issues on-site.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.
Proven experience in site supervision and construction management.
Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, materials, and site procedures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
