Les Amis Boutique is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales executive. As a key part of our team, the Sales Specialist will play an essential role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience, supporting daily operations, and ensuring that our boutique reflects our brand s luxury and elegance.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Customer Service: Welcome and assist clients with a friendly, professional attitude, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
• Sales Support: Help drive sales by offering styling advice, product recommendations, and assisting customers in finding items that suit their preferences.
• Store Organization: Maintain the boutique s cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to ensure a beautiful and inviting environment.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products to confidently assist clients and answer questions.
• Operational Support: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory organization, and processing transactions accurately.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous retail or customer service experience is a must.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for fashion, and a customer-centric mindset.
