An international restaurant chain is seeking to hire a Branch Manager for its new concept opening in the Metn area.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Metn area
- Previous experience in a coffee shop or caf environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Pre-opening experience is highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial figures, KPIs, and operational performance metrics
- Ability to lead teams, drive results, and ensure operational excellence
