Roles & Responsibilities

JT Architects is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Architect / Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the supervision and coordination of construction activities, ensuring that works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise daily site activities and construction progress.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved architectural drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Review shop drawings, material submittments, and technical documents.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Assist in quantity take-offs, measurements, and BOQ verification.
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the design team to implement solutions.
• Attend site meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and SketchUp is an advantage.
• Familiarity with BOQs, shop drawings, and site coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.
