We are looking for a Junior Electromechanical Engineer to join our team and provide support to the Maintenance Manager. This is a great opportunity for a motivated engineer with hands-on experience to grow within a dynamic environment, contributing to maintenance operations and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist the Maintenance Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities across projects
-Support preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for electromechanical systems and equipment
-Participate in site inspections to assess equipment condition and identify maintenance needs
-Help prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and documentation
-Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and technicians on-site
-Support the design, review, or troubleshooting of electromechanical systems as needed
-Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures on-site
-Assist in tracking maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and equipment performance

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field
-Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in construction, site, or design environments
-Solid understanding of electromechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related)
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Good communication and teamwork abilities
-Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design tools is a plus
-Willingness to work on-site and support field operations as needed
