Location: Office in Aintoura, Keserwan.

Work schedules: Full-time Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Organization Overview: shareQ (www.shareq.org) is a Lebanese non-profit organization launched by a group of dedicated young professionals in 2012. ShareQ is dedicated to innovating sustainable social projects and implementing them in collaboration with more than 30 NGOs. ShareQ has currently two main departments, ProAbled (www.proabled.com) and ProAbled Social Kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Screen and interview potential candidates for the training program.

Coordinate and implement the training program for persons with disabilities and/or financial challenges following ProAbled Academy curriculums.

Coordinate with expert trainers in each field for providing training sessions.

Coordinate training logistics.

Conduct evaluation reports.

Coordinate with candidates and provide motivation and follow-up during the training.



Job Qualifications:

Academic background in Social Work is preferable.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a training coordinator or similar role.

Experience in working with persons with disabilities or people with financial challenges is a plus.

Experience in NGOs is a plus.

Good in written and spoken English and Arabic.
