Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

The Foreman works side by side with the engineers in order to complete a project in a given time limit.

Qualifications

1- Reads and follows plans, material lists and guidelines and applies necessary timelines;

2- Coordinates and supervises activities of workers and construction needs at all phases;

3- Inspects blueprints for determining various aspects of structure;

4-Explains floor plan and cabinet work to workers; 5-Allocates workers to their respective duties and makes sure that they have the appropriate training and tools so that they can execute their jobs accurately;

6-Applies Occupational Health & Safety Manual on sites;

7- Fills Safety reports and submit them on time;

8- Attends Safety trainings;

9-Assess the fastest and easiest way to complete a job without sacrificing quality of the work being done;

10- Performs other related duties as required.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years of experience in construction sites.
