Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to support and manage the day-to-day operations of our online Ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, monitoring inventory, managing orders, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring an exceptional online customer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, with experience managing online product catalogs and driving digital revenue.
• Analytical Skills to interpret data, track key performance metrics, and make data-informed recommendations.
• Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive online shopping experience.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and interacting with customers and partners.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, online payment systems, and basic digital marketing concepts.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in common office software and comfort working with spreadsheets and online dashboards.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in retail, ecommerce, or a similar role in the Beirut and International markets is an advantage.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.
