Roles & Responsibilities

Our client, a leading FMCG company based in Beirut, Lebanon , is seeking a highly capable and results-driven Logistics & Warehousing Manager with 5 7 years of experience to lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations across multiple markets. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization, and supply chain excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end logistics operations across multiple countries. Manage inbound, outbound, and e-commerce warehouse operations. Ensure inventory accuracy, effective stock governance, and warehouse efficiency. Oversee transportation, freight, and customs clearance activities. Drive logistics cost optimization while maintaining high service levels. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight forwarders, and other logistics partners. Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) by aligning supply, inventory, and customer requirements. Develop and implement logistics and warehousing KPIs, governance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead, mentor, and develop logistics and warehouse teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5 7 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience managing logistics operations across multiple markets.
• Strong experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and logistics partners.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, transportation, customs clearance, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
