Location: Lebanon

We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Customer Service.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field is highly preferred.
Candidates with significant experience in the furniture, interior design, or fit-out industry will also be considered.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customer requests.
Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide professional after-sales support.
Coordinate with the sales, production, and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Review customer requests and understand technical drawings, furniture specifications, and interior design details.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, installations, and customer complaints.
Ensure all customer issues are resolved accurately and in a timely manner.

Why this role?
This position requires someone who can understand the technical aspects of furniture and interior design. An Interior Designer, Architect, or someone with relevant industry experience will be better equipped to communicate with customers, interpret drawings and specifications, and provide accurate solutions.
