GSM Facility Services is looking for a motivated Telesales / Lead Generation Officer to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential B2B clients, introducing our services, qualifying leads, arranging meetings for the sales team, and following up with prospects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contact companies, hospitals, schools, offices, warehouses, malls, and commercial clients
- Introduce GSM Facility Services professionally
- Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings
- Follow up with potential clients by phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
- Update the client database and report daily sales activity
- Coordinate with the sales and management team
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Previous telesales, call center, customer service, or sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Good phone etiquette and confidence when speaking with clients
- Organized, serious, and target-oriented
- Good computer skills
- English and Arabic are required
