We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team in Mount Lebanon, Lebanon. The ideal candidate will diagnose, install, maintain, and repair electrical and solar systems and components across various facilities and projects. This role requires a solid understanding of electrical theory, safety practices, and hands-on experience with a range of electrical equipment. You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field technicians to ensure reliable operation, compliance with local codes, and timely completion of maintenance and service tasks.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Install, troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair electrical systems, controls, panel boards, wiring, and harnesses according to specifications and safety standards.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical equipment, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals; assist in selecting appropriate materials and tools.
  • Test electrical systems using meters, oscilloscopes, insulation resistance testers, and other diagnostic instruments; document results accurately.
  • Coordinate with engineers and project teams to plan maintenance windows and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and company safety policies; participate in safety meetings and incident investigations as needed.
  • Assist in commissioning and startup activities for new installations and systems; support system integration and performance verification.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and inventory management for spare parts and materials.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians; contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements
