Job Summary

The Warehouse & Last-Mile Delivery Supervisor is responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient order fulfillment, and timely delivery to customers. The role oversees warehouse activities, fleet and delivery operations, and leads teams to maintain high service levels and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
Oversee last-mile delivery operations and ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Plan delivery routes and coordinate drivers and third-party logistics providers.
Monitor delivery performance, returns, and customer complaints, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Lead and supervise warehouse staff and delivery teams, ensuring productivity and compliance with company procedures.
Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports.
Collaborate with procurement, sales, customer service, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or last-mile delivery operations.
Experience managing teams and coordinating transportation activities.
Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
