Roles & Responsibilities
Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.
Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.
Check the cost of sales in all F&B outlets and ensure that costs are within budget and not under the cost
Preparing Daily Food and Beverage report if there is anything under cost.
Submit Monthly F&B Report for management review.
Conduct surprise spot checks at all F&B outlets If there is waste by employees
Participate in stock taking in any department
Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without requisition or approval from the respective department head.
Count, weigh or measure items of incoming orders in order to verify information against invoices, orders, bills or other records
Perform regular material warehouse audits to ensure that material is undamaged and maintained neatly throughout the stores
Ensure that all documents and material received in the stores or directly delivered to operation are of satisfactory quality
daily check for cost for the raw material received if there is any change in price

السيطرة على منافذ الغذاء والشراب من حيث الهدر والسرقة والكفاءة.
إعداد تحليل التغيرات لكلفة الغذاء والشراب والتواصل مع الأطراف ذات الصلة.
فحص تكلفة المبيعات في جميع منافذ الغذاء والشراب والتأكد من أن التكاليف ضمن الميزانية وليست أقل من التكلفة.
إعداد تقرير يومي للطعام والشراب إذا كان هناك أي شيء أقل من التكلفة.
تقديم تقرير شهري عن الغذاء والشراب للمراجعة الإدارية.
إجراء فحوصات مفاجئة في جميع منافذ الغذاء والشراب إذا كان هناك هدر من قبل الموظفين.
المشاركة في جرد المخزون في أي قسم.
التحقق من التأكد من عدم إصدار أي مواد من المخزن دون requisition أو موافقة من رئيس القسم المعني.
عد، وزن أو قياس عناصر الطلبات الواردة للتحقق من المعلومات مقابل الفواتير أو الطلبات أو الفواتير أو السجلات الأخرى
إجراء عمليات تدقيق دورية لمخازن المواد لضمان أن المادة غير تالفة ومُحافظة بشكل مرتب في المتاجر.
التأكد من أن جميع المستندات والمواد المستلمة في المتاجر أو التي تم تسليمها مباشرة إلى التشغيل ذات جودة مرضية
فحص يومي لتكلفة المواد الخام المستلمة إذا كان هناك أي تغير في السعر
