Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect with 2 3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects while working closely with senior architects, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings.
• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
• Assist in preparing construction documents, specifications, and permit submissions.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design intent.
• Review shop drawings and material submittments.
• Ensure projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on time.
• Support project managers throughout all project phases, from concept to completion.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 2 3 years of professional architectural experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit / SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with 3D visualization software such as Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and permit processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
