المسؤوليات
- استلام وفحص والتحقق من المواد والمعدات والإمدادات الواردة مقابل أوامر الشراء وإشعارات التسليم.
- تخزين المواد بأمان وبشكل منهجي لضمان سهولة التعرف عليها واسترجاعها.
- إصدار المواد والأدوات والمعدات إلى موظفي الموقع بناءً على الطلبات المعتمدة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات المخزون بدقة وتحديث تحركات المخزون في نظام إدارة الجرد.
- إجراء جرد دوري وفحص جرد فعلي دوري.
- مراقبة مستويات المخزون وإبلاغ قسم الشراء بوجود نقص مخزون أو احتياج لإعادة الطلب.
- ضمان وضع العلامات المناسبة والتعامل والتخزين للمواد لمنع التلف أو الفقدان أو التدهور.
- إعداد تقارير الجرد اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية وتحركات المخزون.
- التنسيق مع الشراء، والمستودع، ومهندسي الموقع بخصوص تسليم المواد والمتطلبات.
- تتبع والحفاظ على سجلات الأدوات والمعدات المصروفة للموظفين والمتعهدين.
- الالتزام بسياسات الشركة ولوائح السلامة وإجراءات المستودع.
- التحقيق وتقديم تقارير عن أوجه الاختلاف في المخزون أو البضائع التالفة أو النقص.
- الحفاظ على منطقة تخزين نظيفة ومنظمة وآمنة.
- المساعدة في جرد نهاية السنة والتدقيق الداخلي أو الخارجي.
- أداء واجبات أخرى ذات صلة كما تُكلفها الإدارة.

المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، سلسلة التوريد، اللوجستيات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- 2–5 سنوات من الخبرة كمالك مخزن، مساعد مستودع، أو مراقب مخزون، ويفضل في صناعة البناء.
- معرفة مبادئ إدارة المخزون وعمليات المستودع.
- خبرة باستخدام أنظمة ERP أو إدارة المخزون.
- الكفاءة في Microsoft Excel وMS Office.
- مهارات تنظيم وتوثيق قوية.
- انتباه عالي للتفاصيل والدقة.
- مهارات تواصل والعمل الجماعي جيدة.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتعامل مع أولويات متعددة.
We are seeking a dependable and organized Storekeeper to manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials, tools, equipment, and supplies. The Storekeeper will maintain accurate inventory records, ensure proper stock levels, and support site operations by providing timely and efficient material management.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, equipment, and supplies against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Store materials safely and systematically to ensure easy identification and retrieval.
- Issue materials, tools, and equipment to site personnel based on approved requests.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the inventory management system.
- Conduct regular stock counts and periodic physical inventory audits.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify the Procurement department of low-stock or reorder requirements.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of materials to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Site Engineers regarding material deliveries and requirements.
- Track and maintain records of tools and equipment issued to employees and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage area.
- Assist with year-end inventory and internal or external audits.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Warehouse Assistant, or Inventory Controller, preferably in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
