We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Developer (.NET) to join our software development team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain business-critical applications while contributing to technical architecture and driving software quality throughout the development lifecycle.


Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise software applications, backend services, and APIs.
• Analyze business requirements and design reliable, scalable technical solutions.
• Debug and resolve complex application, database, integration, and production issues.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, and queries.
• Participate in software architecture, technical analysis, and solution design.
• Perform code reviews and promote coding standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with Product, DevOps, and development teams throughout the software lifecycle.
• Ensure developed features meet functional, performance, and quality requirements before deployment.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Manage source code using Git/GitHub and participate in pull requests and version control best practices.
• Support software deployments, upgrades, releases, and production support.
• Continuously improve software quality, performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, and ASP.NET.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Blazor and Telerik UI.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong experience developing Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers, and optimizing SQL performance.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, pull requests, and source control.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, and Clean Code.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative development team.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality software.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development and the ability to effectively leverage modern AI tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and problem-solving.


Nice to Have:


• Experience with .NET MAUI.
• Experience with unit testing and automated testing.
• Knowledge of ERP and/or HR Management Systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
