<p>We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Developer (.NET) to join our software development team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain business-critical applications while contributing to technical architecture and driving software quality throughout the development lifecycle.</p><p><b>Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul><li>Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise software applications, backend services, and APIs.</li><li>Analyze business requirements and design reliable, scalable technical solutions.</li><li>Debug and resolve complex application, database, integration, and production issues.</li><li>Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, and queries.</li><li>Participate in software architecture, technical analysis, and solution design.</li><li>Perform code reviews and promote coding standards and best practices.</li><li>Coordinate with Product, DevOps, and development teams throughout the software lifecycle.</li><li>Ensure developed features meet functional, performance, and quality requirements before deployment.</li><li>Prepare and maintain technical documentation.</li><li>Manage source code using Git/GitHub and participate in pull requests and version control best practices.</li><li>Support software deployments, upgrades, releases, and production support.</li><li>Continuously improve software quality, performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.</li></ul><p>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience.</li><li>Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, and ASP.NET.</li><li>Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li><li>Experience with Blazor and Telerik UI.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.</li><li>Strong experience developing Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers, and optimizing SQL performance.</li><li>Experience designing and developing REST APIs.</li><li>Experience with Git/GitHub, pull requests, and source control.</li><li>Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, and Clean Code.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.</li><li>Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.</li><li>Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative development team.</li><li>Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality software.</li><li>Familiarity with AI-assisted software development and the ability to effectively leverage modern AI tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and problem-solving.</li></ul><p><b>Nice to Have:</b></p><ul><li>Experience with .NET MAUI.</li><li>Experience with unit testing and automated testing.</li><li>Knowledge of ERP and/or HR Management Systems.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Azure, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><br></p>
