<p><strong>Location:</strong> Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo</p><p><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-time</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Site Execution &amp; Technical Supervision of Construction Works</li><li>Project Planning, Progress Monitoring &amp; Schedule Follow-Up</li><li>Quality Control, Inspections &amp; Corrective Works Follow-Up</li><li>Site Coordination with Foremen, Subcontractors &amp; Suppliers</li><li>Materials, Resources &amp; Subcontractor Quantity Verification</li><li>HSE Compliance, Site Safety &amp; Incident Follow-Up</li><li>Site Reporting, Documentation &amp; Risk Escalation</li></ul><p><strong>Reporting &amp; Documentation</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare clear and accurate daily and weekly site updates for the Project Manager.</li><li>Maintain records of site progress, technical issues, instructions, inspections and significant events.</li><li>Provide photographic documentation of works and important site developments.</li><li>Contribute technical information required for project reports and management updates.</li><li>Immediately escalate significant delays, quality issues, safety concerns, technical conflicts or other risks to the Project Manager.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.</li><li>7-10 years of relevant construction/site engineering experience, preferably on residential, commercial or mixed-use building projects exceeding 10 floors.</li><li>Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and construction drawings.</li><li>Practical understanding of construction methods, sequencing, materials and quality control.</li><li>Experience coordinating subcontractors, foremen and site workers.</li><li>Good understanding of project schedules and progress monitoring.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Good reporting, documentation and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently on site while operating within the authority and direction of the Project Manager.</li><li>Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; familiarity with project planning or construction management software is an advantage.</li><li>French proficiency required.
