Hiring a Hands-on Maintenance Technician for a leading printing production company based in Sin El Fil, Lebanon. <br> <br> <br> <br>The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: <br> <br> <br> <br>- Technical Diploma or Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or another closely related technical discipline. <br> <br>- 3–5 years of proven hands-on maintenance experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment. <br> <br>- Solid practical experience in electrical maintenance, including diagnosing and repairing electrical systems, motors, control panels, wiring, sensors, switches, and other industrial electrical components. <br> <br>- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, including preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of industrial machinery. <br> <br>- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with minimal supervision. <br> <br>- Experience performing preventive maintenance programs, inspections, equipment calibration, and machine servicing to maximize operational efficiency and minimize production downtime. <br> <br>- Familiarity with industrial safety procedures. <br> <br>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions. <br> <br>- Capable of working efficiently under pressure and responding promptly to emergency equipment breakdowns in a production environment. <br> <br>- Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with production and operations teams. <br> <br>- Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
