Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
- Supervise maintenance staff and allocate tasks effectively.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and facility issues promptly.
- Coordinate with production teams to reduce interruptions.
- Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:
