We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team in Lebanon.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and sell customized inbound and outbound holiday packages.
- Book flights, hotels, transfers, tours, and other travel services using the Amadeus system.
- Prepare travel quotations and personalized itineraries.
- Advise clients on destinations, travel requirements, and available promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with travel products, airline offers, and industry trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in selling and creating holiday packages within a travel agency and strong knowledge of the Amadeus reservation system. If you are passionate about travel, sales, and delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in holiday package sales at a travel agency.
- Excellent working knowledge of the Amadeus reservation system.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple bookings.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
