Amaken is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for a leading food processing company based in Chouifet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's food industry products and solutions while providing technical customer support. This role requires a strong understanding of food science, food processing, and manufacturing operations, combined with excellent sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food manufacturing and food processing industry.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote and sell the company's products and technical solutions to current and potential customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, contracts, and customer orders.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance and product recommendations based on customers' production requirements.
- Assist customers in identifying suitable products and solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer needs, market developments, and potential new products or services.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve technical or commercial issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Business Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Sales Representative or Sales Representative within the food processing, food manufacturing, food ingredients, or food technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of food science, food processing, manufacturing operations, and food production technologies.
