About the Role This role bridges technical engineering and customer delivery, ensuring successful implementations from initial setup through go-live and post-launch support.
The ideal candidate is someone who can speak both the language of technology and the language of business finance.
They are comfortable discussing APIs and database structures with IT teams while also understanding financial statements, KPIs, profitability analysis, and business performance metrics.
This combination enables them to successfully implement solutions that deliver meaningful business value, not just technical functionality.
Key Responsibilities Solution Implementation & Configuration Financial & Business Process Analysis Data Integration & Technical Delivery: Configure and troubleshoot APIs, data imports, exports, ETL processes, and data mappings.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all integrated systems.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, system validation procedures, and UAT Verify the accuracy of financial reports, dashboards, and AI-generated insights.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and business-related implementation issues.
AI & Analytics Enablement: Support the deployment of AI-powered analytics, forecasting, benchmarking, and performance management solutions.
Assist clients in leveraging AI insights to improve operational decision-making.
Collaborate with the product and development teams to identify enhancement opportunities based on client feedback and implementation experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with AI Consultants, Product Managers, Developers, Data Engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance Lumina AI capabilities and user experience.
Strong technical background in software implementation, integrations, APIs, SQL, and data analysis.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts Ability to interpret financial data and translate business requirements into technical configurations and reporting solutions.
Configure Lumina AI solutions to support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting… Support the design and deployment of AI-powered financial analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
