Job Description:

As an Import Export Specialist at IFFB, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination of shipments, documentation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will also support sales follow-ups and lead generation activities when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow up on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.

• Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other required documents.

• Prepare and organize Ministry of Health files for submission related to import/export requirements.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team for shipment readiness, loading schedules, and receipt of goods.

• Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal teams and customers.

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and logistics activities.

·         Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to support demand forecasting and inventory planning, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment of finished goods and raw materials.

• Follow up on sales leads generated from exhibitions and events.

• Assist in contacting potential customers via email and phone.

• Support lead tracking and follow-up activities to ensure timely communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics, import/export, or supply chain operations.

• Strong knowledge of shipping documents and customs procedures.

• ERP system knowledge is a plus.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
