Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ticketing and travel package design, along with hands-on proficiency in the Amadeus reservation system.



Key Responsibilities

-Advise clients on destinations, travel options, visas, and travel-related requirements
-Issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets accurately and efficiently
-Design and sell customized travel packages (flights, hotels, transfers, excursions) for individuals and groups
-Book and manage reservations using the Amadeus GDS system
-Handle client inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups in a timely, professional manner
-Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers to secure the best rates and availability
-Stay up to date on fares, promotions, airline policies, and industry regulations
-Resolve booking issues, schedule changes, and client complaints professionally
-Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client files


Requirements

-Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency or similar role
-Proven experience with airline ticketing (issuing, reissuing, refunds)
-Solid experience building and selling travel packages
-Proficiency in the Amadeus GDS system is required
-Strong knowledge of fare rules, routings, and international travel documentation
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus
-Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure
