Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, networks, hardware, and software.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and assist end-users.
- Maintain company websites, Shopify platform, and internal systems.
- Manage data backups, user accounts, IT inventory, and system security.
- Implement system upgrades and recommend technology improvements.
- Prepare presentations and travel when required for managerial support.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- 6+ years of IT experience.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent troubleshooting and system administration skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.) are a plus.
