Responsibilities
Perform preventive and periodic maintenance work for the building and facilities
Handle simple electrical faults
Perform plumbing work and maintain medium sanitary installations
Maintain and repair air conditioning and cooling systems
Execute painting and general repair work; monitor emergency faults and respond quickly to them
Inspect equipment and devices and ensure they are ready for operation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance room and tools
Adhere to occupational safety procedures and work instructions
Submit periodic reports on recurring faults and maintenance needs to the Maintenance Manager

Qualifications

Previous experience in the field of maintenance (preferably in hotels)
Good knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and basic mechanical work
Commitment and discipline in working hours
Cooperative spirit and team work
