- Minimum 7 years of sales experience
- Strong exposure to the African market, including both Anglophone & Francophone Africa
- Experience in selling raw materials is a strong plus
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
- Dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented personality
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel across Africa
