Job Responsibilities

• Install, dismantle, maintain, and troubleshoot solar energy systems.
• Install and connect solar inverters, LiFePO batteries, solar panels, protection devices, and electrical equipment.
• Perform electrical wiring, connections, testing, and commissioning.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults and technical issues.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid Solar Systems.
• Follow electrical safety standards and proper installation procedures.
• Perform site visits and assist with technical assessments when required.
• Work with the technical team to ensure systems are installed and operating correctly.
• Handle tools and equipment safely and professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Solar Energy / Electrical Installation.
• Practical experience installing and dismantling solar systems.
• Good knowledge of Inverters, Batteries, Solar Panels, AC/DC wiring, and electrical protection systems.
• Ability to read basic electrical diagrams and understand system connections.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and solar-system problems.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site and travel to customer locations when required.
• Driving license is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with brands such as Deye, Growatt, GoodWe, Victron, Voltronic, Must, or similar inverter systems is an advantage.

We are looking for a practical, reliable, and experienced Solar Technician who can independently handle installation, dismantling, testing, and troubleshooting of solar energy systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience in Solar Energy / Electrical Installation.

Practical experience installing and dismantling solar systems.

Good knowledge of Inverters, Batteries, Solar Panels, AC/DC wiring, and electrical protection systems.

Ability to read basic electrical diagrams and understand system connections.

Ability to troubleshoot electrical and solar-system problems.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to work on-site and travel to customer locations when required.

Driving license is a plus.
