We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Foreman to oversee daily field operations and ensure construction projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The Foreman will supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, monitor project progress, abide by company engineers’ instructions and maintain compliance with company policies and site safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and direct construction crews on-site.
• Coordinate daily activities and work schedules to meet project timelines.
• Read an10.5d interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
• Monitor labor productivity and allocate resources efficiently.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce all safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve field issues, delays, and conflicts promptly.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, site records, and progress updates.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
Qualifications
• Minimum 7 years of construction experience, including supervisory or foreman experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
