Job Purpose
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee a team of operators within the Tablet Press (BT/LAT) area, ensuring efficient production while maintaining full compliance with cGMP, SOPs, quality, health & safety, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate production activities within the Tablet Press area.
Ensure adherence to cGMP, approved batch documents, SOPs, and health & safety requirements.
Oversee machine setup, changeovers, line clearance, and equipment readiness.
Review production data, in-process parameters, and batch reconciliation.
Maintain accurate production records and report deviations or product-related issues.
Ensure equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and validated prior to use.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, environmental conditions, and HVAC parameters to prevent contamination and mix-ups.
Allocate team resources according to production schedules and requirements.
Support team training, development, and annual performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with company quality, ethical, and operational standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Technical Secondary / Technical Institution (TS/BT/LAT) qualification or equivalent technical education.
Minimum 5 years of production experience, preferably within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Previous experience in Tablet Press / Compression or Encapsulation operations is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, production processes, and health & safety requirements.
Good team supervision, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and effectively manage priorities
