<p>We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee a team of operators within the Tablet Press (BT/LAT) area, ensuring efficient production while maintaining full compliance with cGMP, SOPs, quality, health &amp; safety, and production standards.</p><p>Supervise and coordinate production activities within the Tablet Press area.</p><p>Ensure adherence to cGMP, approved batch documents, SOPs, and health &amp; safety requirements.</p><p>Oversee machine setup, changeovers, line clearance, and equipment readiness.</p><p>Review production data, in-process parameters, and batch reconciliation.</p><p>Maintain accurate production records and report deviations or product-related issues.</p><p>Ensure equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and validated prior to use.</p><p>Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, environmental conditions, and HVAC parameters to prevent contamination and mix-ups.</p><p>Allocate team resources according to production schedules and requirements.</p><p>Support team training, development, and annual performance evaluations.</p><p>Ensure compliance with company quality, ethical, and operational standards.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Technical Secondary / Technical Institution (TS/BT/LAT) qualification or equivalent technical education.</p><p>Minimum 5 years of production experience, preferably within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.</p><p>Previous experience in Tablet Press / Compression or Encapsulation operations is highly preferred.</p><p>Strong knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, production processes, and health &amp; safety requirements.</p><p>Good team supervision, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</p><p>Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and effectively manage priorities.</p>

The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our premises, employees, and assets by managing access control, verifying identities, and enforcing safety and parking regulations.
