المهندس الموقع مسؤول عن الإشراف على أعمال التجديد (أعمال مدنية وتشطيبات) في كفر جوز، النبطية، لمدة 3-4 أشهر. يتضمن هذا العقد دوراً ميدانياً تفتيشاً يومياً على أنشطة الموقع، مراجعة الرسومات والمواصفات، مراقبة جودة العمل والمواد، وحل القضايا الفنية عند حدوثها.

المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية/العمارة.
- يجب أن يكون مقيمًا في محافظة النبطية.
- خبرة في أعمال التجديد.
- خبرة عملية في مشاريع التجديد وإعادة التأهيل، بما في ذلك الأعمال المدنية والكهروميكانيكية والتشطيبات.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية، استخدام برمجيات هندسية أساسية، وإعداد تقارير ووثائق واضحة.
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ الهندسة والتخطيط والتصميم، مع خبرة عملية في تطبيق معايير الهندسة في مواقع البناء.
- خبرة في العمل ضمن فرق من المهندسين، مع القدرة على التعاون الفعّال مع مدير المشروع، والعميل، والموظفين، والزملاء.
The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising Renovation works (civil and finishing works) in KFAR JOUZ, EL-NABATIEH, for a period of 3-4 MONTHS. This contract, on-site role involves daily inspection of site activities, reviewing drawings and specifications, monitoring workmanship and materials, and resolving technical issues as they arise.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering/Architect.
- Must be a Resident of Nabatieh Governorate.
- Experience in RENOVATION WORKS.
- Practical experience in renovation and refurbishment projects, including Civil, MEP and Finishing works.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, use basic engineering software, and prepare clear reports and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, planning, design, with practical experience applying Engineering standards on construction sites.
- Background working within teams of Engineers, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project manager, client, staff, and colleagues.
