المسؤوليات
الإشراف على العمليات اليومية للمطعم وضمان سير الخدمة بسلاسة
قيادة، إدارة، وتحفيز فريق الخدمة الأمامية والطهي في المطعم
ضمان تجربة تناول طعام استثنائية ومستوى عالٍ من خدمة العملاء
الحفاظ على معايير الجودة، النظافة، الصحة والسلامة الغذائية للمطعم
إدارة الجدولة وال حضور الموظفين والمهام الإدارية اليومية
التنسيق عن كثب مع فرق المطبخ والخدمة لضمان عمليات فعالة
مراقبة جودة الخدمة ومعالجة القضايا التشغيلية بسرعة
ضمان الحفاظ باستمرار على معايير ومفهوم المطعم
المتطلبات
خبرة سابقة كمدير مطعم، ويفضل في مطعم آسيوي، ياباني، أو Robata/Grill
مهارات قيادة، تواصل، وإدارة فريق قوية
فهم ممتاز لعمليات المطعم ومعايير الخدمة
القدرة على العمل في بيئة تناول طعام سريعة الإيقاع وذات مستوى عالي
شخصية عملية ومنظمة وتهتم بالتفاصيل
عقلية خدمة عملاء قوية
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our team at our Asian restaurant featuring a Robata Grill concept in Ashrafieh, Beirut.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service
Lead, manage, and motivate the front-of-house and restaurant team
Ensure an exceptional dining experience and high level of customer service
Maintain the restaurant’s standards of quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily administrative tasks
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations
Monitor service quality and address operational issues promptly
Ensure the restaurant’s standards and concept are consistently maintained
Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in an Asian, Japanese, or Robata/Grill restaurant
Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills
Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment
Hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented personality
Strong customer-service mindset
