We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Civil Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and coordinate all civil engineering and technical activities.
- Supervise and coordinate the Mechanical and Electrical teams, who will report directly to the Civil Engineer.
- Monitor ongoing construction, maintenance, and technical works.
- Ensure that projects and works are executed according to required quality, safety, and engineering standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other technical parties.
- Review technical plans, drawings, and project requirements.
- Identify technical issues and ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Prepare technical reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between all technical disciplines.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong experience in civil engineering and project supervision.
- Proven leadership and team-management skills.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction, maintenance, and engineering standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in large-scale projects, hospitality, or facilities management is an advantage.
