Full-time | Based in Hamra | Field sales across Beirut

Care Corner is seeking an experienced Medical Sales Representative to grow our dental and oral-care business in Beirut. We are looking for a professional who can build lasting customer relationships, manage a territory independently, and deliver measurable sales results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute weekly territory plans, with organized daily visits to dentists, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Identify new opportunities, open accounts, and develop existing customers.
- Present and demonstrate Care Corner products accurately and professionally.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate within approved terms, and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Maintain consistent follow-up after product presentations and trials, secure repeat orders, and introduce additional products suited to each customer.
- Achieve agreed sales, account-development, follow-up, and collection targets.
- Keep CRM records current, document the next action after every visit, and submit clear daily and weekly reports.
- Coordinate with the office on orders, deliveries, customer enquiries, and after-sales support.
- Report customer feedback, competitor activity, and market opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

- More than 5 years of proven sales experience in the medical, dental, or pharmaceutical sector is mandatory.
- Dental industry experience and an established network of healthcare professionals in Beirut are strong advantages.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and developing customer accounts.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent organization, territory planning, and follow-up discipline.
- Fluent Arabic and good English; French is an advantage.
- Valid driving licence and access to a reliable car.
- CRM experience, preferably Odoo, is an advantage.

Care Corner provides product training and structured field support. Performance is measured through sales growth, active accounts, repeat orders, collections, and consistent execution.
