A large food manufacturing company located in Tripoli; is looking for a qualified Accounting Manager. This role is based in Tripoli with requested presence.

As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the accounting department and managing the full-cycle accounting process. Reporting directly to the Finance manager, you will oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger accounts; supervising a chief accountant, and the head cashier.
The ideal candidate has strong roots in manufacturing accounting, a deep understanding of inventory tracking (raw ingredients to finished goods), and the leadership skills to manage a dedicated transactional team.


Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Certification: Accounting certification is preferred.5
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as Accounting Manager
• Technical Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Industry Knowledge: Thorough understanding of food industries
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and clear communication skills.
