​Charterhouse are working with a leading B2B Events Organiser which require a creative individual with excellent written and research skills to join their team to produce high quality business conferences.

About the role
The Conference Producer will be responsible for researching, creating and successfully co-ordinating high quality, profitable business conferences that meet the needs of the target audience and provide valuable marketing as well as networking opportunities to sponsors and exhibitors. This is an exciting role which offers exposure to many different industries with a broad scope of responsibilities. The role will require undertaking global market research to guarantee the best quality content, speakers and delegates.

Additionally, the Conference Producer will successfully compile a topical conference programme that meets the needs of the identified target audience. A key focus of the role will involve forming strong working relationships and liaising with business stakeholders, key opinion leaders and cross functional teams to ensure that the conference production runs seamlessly.

About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must be degree educated in a relevant subject and possess excellent copy writing skills. Our client is looking to hire an individual who has exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail and is able to prioritise and manage their own workload effectively.
