Responsibilities:
Monitoring the GPS system by ensuring all vehicles are equipped with an operational GPS unit system and liaising with GPS to rectify.
Updating drivers’ litter plus and vehicle data onto GPS system and feet management application and Excel.
Analyze the figures and provide an analytic study for the outcomes to optimize cost reduction.
Inspect and record the condition of vehicles, by maintaining monthly checklist files and ensuring that vehicle logbooks are accurately filled on the GPS system, Fleet Run application, and Excel.
Coordinate and ensure vehicle registration, mechanic, and insurance issuance/renewal
Prepare monthly fleet reports indicating vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and overspeed.
Collect, monitor, and validate the accuracy of data provided by line managers related to overtime and standby hours and send the consolidated file to the HR Manager for computation.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field
3 years of experience in fleet management in an organization
Confident in supporting drivers in the use and maintenance of vehicles
