1. Plan and optimize production output.
2. Accountable for the product output in terms of quality, quantity, standards and time.
3. Accountable for waste management and working hours.
4. Plan human resources needed including overtimes, especially in high seasons.
5. Plan necessary resources and ensure availability of material according to sales forecast.
6. Understand, maintain and apply the products technical directions.
7. Maintain and develop the production operations process flow.
8. Lead, Support, train and develop the production team.
9. Maintain and develop SOPs & guidelines for the production process and team.
10. Understand the capacity and capability of the available machineries.
11. Identify critical points of the production process flow and provide controls.
12. Verify production reports and provide relevant reports.
13. Analyze, set and monitor the Department and team KPIs.
14. Accountable for product troubleshooting and problem solving.
15. Identify production bottlenecks and provide possible solutions.
16. Maintain an updated list of production labors and their contact numbers.
17. Conduct daily briefing meetings with production supervisor and Coordinator
18. Conduct daily operations meeting with Quality and food safety, Maintenance, R&D, CRM managers and sales manager and supervisors.
19. Supervise inventory at set frequencies and when necessary.
20. Coordinate the regular health testing of team and ensure that all team members commit to the health certificate.
21. Ensure that production teams are trained and rotations are conducted if needed. 22. Collaborate with the maintenance manager and the quality manager for execution plans including overhauls, preventive maintenance and repair as well as cleaning activities.
23. Accountable for the budget setting.
24. Conduct individual performance appraisals in accordance with objective measurements.
25. Participate in the hiring and selection process of subordinates.
26. Perform on the job training and development of team members.
27. Deal effectively with labor disputes and ensure that complaints are solved properly and do not develop into grievances.
28. Motivate all team members.
29. Stay up to date and aware of all SOPs, policies and procedures in addition to the internal labor law.
30. Is a key member of the food safety team
31. Accountable for finding corrective actions related to his department or responsibilities.
32. Shares responsibility for safety, food safety, quality and hygiene.
33. Ongoing development of self and team regarding food safety rules and regulations.
34. Participate in conducting a hazard analysis.
35. Shall have the responsibility to report problem(s) with regards to the FSMS to his direct manager and Food safety team leader when necessary
