Assistant Manager Performance, Rewards & Analytics

Job Description

Support designing of variable and long-term pay schemes by data modelling various options

Undertake employee compensation benchmark studies and prepare necessary recommendations for management.

Monitor frontline incentive schemes for efficacy and proposed changes.

Prepare presentations for Board Meetings, RemCom & other organization forums on relevant topics.

Own & deliver HR dashboards at a pre-agreed frequency

Develop HR Analytics by leveraging technology & BI tools.

Document & collate key performance indicators (KPIs) for various roles in the organization.

Ensure system readiness for Performance Management by testing & modifications, if any.

Measure the impact and relevance of the benefits, including health and wellness programs.

Perform market sensing by obtaining knowledge of competitive practices within labor markets.

Prepare salary grids, grade structures, and other compensation programs.

Identify & flag any exceptions or deviations from policies and processes for compliance
