Job Duties
Team Supervision
- Supervise presell, CV, Area Warehouse & Area Logistic Teams.
- Brief team on general guidelines based on Management communication
- Follow up on sales force team routes, daily coverage and challenges
- Follow up on stands and displays / visibility during visits
- Ensure timely collections from the market and control credit ageing to the minimum level
- Ensure proper visibility and merchandizing
- Align with the warehouse team the delivery On-Time In Full (OTIF)
Sales Supervision
- Conduct balance check per customer
- Identify problems and opportunities within a specific area
- Manage and generate orders from existing customers and develop new and un-tapped potential customers
- Conduct daily meetings with sales team to review and analyze Daily Sales Report by Sales Representative;
- Discuss daily sales, coverage, aging and POSM/visibility; take notes on problems and improvements needed
- Maintain FEFO in market; Manage Expiries of perishable items and improve visibility of products on shelves
- Conduct daily double-visits with sales force members to closely monitor and improve performance and keep up with the market needs; Ensure 90% of the working hours in the field. All sales force team members are to be joined at least 2 times per month
- Ensure that all routes have the correct quantity and mix of saleable product to service their points of sale on a daily basis as per the company Must Stock List (MSL)
- Undertake spot checks on point of sales to ensure all products are available and well displayed; Ensure range availability of all existing and new brands in the market
Reporting
- Brief, daily, Branch Manager on Sales Representatives daily reports, account statements, aging problems to get approvals and/or recommendations.
- Report the next following day, all discrepancies adjusted in the market while performing the after shift visit
- Ensure regular Sales and Market Intelligence reporting to Branch Manager. Collect competition monitoring reports from Sales Representatives, compile data and send it to Branch Manager on the spot
- Analyze the findings from the mobility system and act accordingly
Team Coaching
- Ensure the sales force is properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve preset KPIs
- Monitor closely the Sales Force market visits and assist them in difficult negotiations and deals
- Coach Sales force to develop untapped customers’ potential
Client Relationship
- Establish and maintain a high profile relationship with customers at all levels
- Handle all customers’ complaints and ensure problem solving and implementation of corrective measures
General
- Responsible of the whole Sales & logistic Operation in his area.
- Follow up on warehouse maintenance & expenses.
- Follow up on vans/Trucks maintenance & expenses.
- Follow up on warehouse rentals & maintain a good relationship with the owner.
- Carry out other similar duties that can be defined within the broad functional job and functional responsibilities outlined above. These may include special missions assigned by direct superior, support to other departments/units, providing on the job training, etc.
Authorities - Set & Revise Sales Routes.
- Approve New Stores Registration.
- Approve Stores Classification.
- Approve Blocked & Reactivated Stores.
- Approve Vacation Request & Absence Forms.
- Suggest Rewards & Warnings for his Team.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position
Excellent command of Arabic

Work conditions
On-going presence in the market with constant mobility (using own transportation means), conducting weekly visits to each customer within assigned route to check on team member performance and assist in solving problematic cases, requiring excellent attitude and ability to communicate easily, showing reliability and trust worthiness.
Presence within company premises is required during morning meetings and on special occasions.
